Moulding Plants

Euromac moulding systems are designed to meet the diverse production requirements of foundries with reliable, flexible and high-performance solutions. The range includes automatic moulding lines, hydraulic moulding machines and semi-automatic systems, developed to ensure operational continuity, compaction precision and adaptability to different work cycles.

The automatic green-sand moulding lines are based on hydraulic moulding machines featuring compact rams measuring 70 × 70 mm, a dual-chamber head and independent pressure control via servo-valves. The system can be configured for three different moulding sequences — from below, from above, and with active and passive phases — while the rapid changeover of the mould plate helps to reduce cycle times and improve the overall efficiency of the plant.
