CLUSTREG®: Inorganic water glass binders are virtually emission-free in the casting process. KLEIN has developed the mechanically adsorptive CLUSTREG® process for regenerating inorganically bonded sands. It enables a closed sand cycle in the casting process, conserving the increasingly scarce resource "sand" while operating economically and energy-efficiently.

ROTAREG®: Cold resin-bonded sands can be mechanically regenerated. Sand recovered using conventional single-stage mechanical regeneration can be largely reused; a second regeneration stage significantly increases the proportion of reclaimed sand in the moulding sand and substantially reduces the need for new sand.
