Concrete Shot Blast Machines
Machines that refine the surface of paving and edge parts, concrete slabs and steps by blasting.
Also known as concrete part blasting machines, these machines are mainly used for processing paving and edge parts as well as concrete slabs and steps. The aim is to refine the surface of the workpieces: the mineral components of the concrete are removed by blasting, giving the surface an elegant and valuable appearance.
After the blasting process, the abrasive is blown off by a high-pressure blower using a height-adjustable nozzle.
The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting system; the extracted air is cleaned with a filter system. If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, a customised machine concept is developed.
