Sinto AGTOS GmbH roller conveyor blast cleaning systems are ideal for derusting steel beams and descaling profiles and sheet metal. A roller conveyor system, combined with corresponding cross conveyor units, allows individual production stages such as blasting, preservation, sawing and drilling to be interlinked. This ensures a flexible production process and a high material output.
Another area of application for the roller conveyor blasting system is the blasting of structures.
The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting system; the extracted air is cleaned with a filter system. If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, a customised machine concept is developed.
