Wire Belt Blast Machines

Wire belt blast machines can be used very flexibly. The fact that the workpieces can be blasted simultaneously from above and below considerably expands the range of workpieces that can be processed. They are used, for example, for deburring, descaling and cleaning cast and laser-cut parts.

These machines can be optimally integrated into a flow production system, and a range of turnover devices is available for emptying the workpieces. Sinto AGTOS GmbH has established a unique selling point in the machining of aluminium workpieces.

The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting system; the extracted air is cleaned with a filter system. If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, a customised machine concept is developed.
