Satellite Rotary Table Blast Machines

For cleaning cast and die-cast workpieces and roughening surfaces before coating, often in automatic lines with robot handling.

Rotary table blast machine with robot arm

Conventional rotary table blast machines are usually loaded manually and differ considerably from satellite indexing rotary table blast machines. The most common application is the cleaning of cast or die-cast workpieces and the roughening of surfaces before coating.

Satellite (indexing) rotary table systems, often with robot handling, are used in automatic lines, primarily in the automotive and automotive supply industry, for example for hardening the surfaces of transmission parts.

The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting system; the extracted air is cleaned with a filter system. If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, a customised machine concept is developed.
