Rubber Belt Tumble Blast Machines
Batch machines for descaling, derusting and deburring robust mass-produced parts, with relatively gentle circulation.

The troughed belt principle is an effective blasting process for descaling, derusting and deburring robust mass-produced parts. As the workpieces are processed together in batch operation, they must be able to withstand this process undamaged. The workpieces are circulated by the continuous rubber trough belt and exposed to the blast stream for the entire blasting time. The rubber trough belt ensures relatively gentle circulation.
Very small parts can also be blasted by maintaining small gap dimensions. For continuous production, concepts with several interlinked machines are available.
The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting system; the extracted air is cleaned with a filter system. If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, a customised machine concept is developed.
