Drum Blast Machines

The Sinto AGTOS GmbH drum blasting machine combines a proven design with state-of-the-art technology and is ideal for drum blasting bulk materials and small parts. Since the drum is manufactured as a single piece, transitions from moving to stationary machine parts are avoided. This ensures that no parts get jammed and that the drum is completely emptied after the blasting process.

The drum blasting machines offer exceptional wear resistance thanks to the use of perforated manganese steel.

The abrasive keeps circulating and is cleaned to allow continuous use. A fan generates the necessary negative pressure for dust-free operation of the blasting system; the extracted air is cleaned with a filter system. If the task cannot be solved with a standard machine, a customised machine concept is developed.
